Mr. Nazar Abbas Naqvi, Director CB
Mr. Nazar Abbas Naqvi, is a leading specialist in Capacity Development and Module Development for Local Governments and Public Financial Management (PFM). With over 20 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in projects funded by global donors like USAID, World Bank, DFID, ADB, and GIZ, as well as with federal and provincial governments across Pakistan, including KP, Sindh, Punjab, and Baluchistan.

Mr. Mazhar Iqbal, Partner Taxation
Mr. Mazhar Iqbal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and LLB with over 20 years of experience in the taxation field. He has extensive expertise in dealing with Federal and Provincial Tax Authorities, handling tax assessments, withholding tax cases, and representing clients before appellate forums such as the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) forums.
